Once again NHS management at an all time low! Doctors and nurses trying their best, but total mismanagement from NHS managers is at fault!
Suggested improvements
Get rid of highly paid NHS managers, and give proper NHS control to the clinicians who know what they are doing.

Because I wanted to appointments the doctors and paramedical staff as well who trying their level but to serve the patients.

I think time to update the patient {} sending their email {} text massages at their time of staff situation of spreading {} and everyone is hospital to visit hospital.
