Because I gave this answer you are waiting so long for a treatment done. There is no space in labour ward and because of that everybody is delaying and where I am high risk pregnancy it is not good short staffed.
Suggested improvements
Have more staff.
Give more update what is going on if you are waiting for induction or procedure when doctors make decision make one not one doctor tell you one thing and another tell you something else.

I was very nervous so every food I ordered made me vomit so I kept asking for fruit and lunch lady very rudely said each time I missed the time mark- I was told about out-of-service food order I asked times but denied-I had not even 1 meal in 3 days. I am starving-which lady and is extremely rude surprised she has the job she literally just came in again and gave me 1 banana I politely test for another and she “said you don’t always get what you want” and not more rude stuff I am in tears.
