Good service and a lot of patience from Connie's side and doctor Ballard. The rest, not quite good.

Employ more persons like Connie. Very good nurse.

I am assuming the care experience I had was excellent, although from a moths stay I am going by what I have seen and recovered since being more confident.
Staff are excellent thank you.
Suggested improvements
The staff on Sunrise A, from cleaning, HCA, nursing and doctors were all extremely kind empathetic and caring. There was only one night that the staff failed to make me feel well treated and comfortable. It is a shame that one night out of a months stay will remain in my memory.
