There are lots of very good areas in this ward. Some nurses go the extra mile to help. Although mediation has always been a issue and really needs addressing.

Suggested improvements
My medication was supposed to be given at 8 pm however majority of the time it wasn't given until 1 ½ hours later!

Nurse and doctors were fantastic, feel sometimes communication could have been better.

If I did not see my consultant on any particular day doctor did not always have correct information.

Staff explained well and I understood. Explained after care well. -ED - No medications and no water for 6 hours. Did not see a doctor. Did not check my lungs, nothing.

Suggested improvements
ED - care as not good. It was not good experience.
