The service was amazing. All the staffs were friendly and caring. They always listen do our concerns and suggest the best way to overcome the situation. Especially Victorija she have a magical touch which makes my baby comfort. He will definitely miss you. The way she wraps the baby is significant we ask having here with full of happiness. Thanks to all for all the support and care.

Suggested improvements
I do think a separate/own room is better for those with a learning disability. Some staff could be better trained on how to approach those with a learning disability- one nurse who had a student nurse with her was no good with handling my daughter.
