There was an error that made me wait for 2 hours. somebody placed my name as did not attend although I have registered 30 minutes earlier my appointments time.

If the calling method could be computerized it would eliminate this kinds of error.

To be more informed about the waiting time by staff. Most time sitting and wanting to be called by staff.

Maybe tea and coffee will be nice in the waiting area most time people come from by distance and need a most.
