The nurses were very good at telling me, what was happening and how long it would be. Naomi was so kind, gentle and made my son very relaxed. The surgeon from Maxillo Facinal was excellent and the anaesthetist.

Waiting time for triage was unacceptable especially as my daughter had been referred by her GP and was in a lot of pain. painkillers administered but no communication with care team.

Time taken, and pleasant, and professional manner in which my mother was dealt with. Gabriel charge nurse was so kind and knew just how to treat elderly patients, give this guy a rise!! Dr was so very patient too and was reassuring throughout my moms stay in ART. All the nurses were kind and caring. Can not see how thias can be improved. "Excellent"

My mum was brought into rhesus, with very good care. Well done team for great care for my mum.
