I was very impressed by my visit and it made my day. When Sharon the tea lady came round, the smile and caring attitude made my time at A and E more bearable and made me feel at ease although I was in pain.

The personal attention from each nurse was very comforting day to day. It made a very stressful time much easier to deal with. Their knowledge and experience was a great comfort in preparing us to take our baby girl home. I have every confidence in every decision made, this made leaving each day to go home more bearable. My only area to be improved would be for 1 consistent message/plan throughout.
