Long waiting times at reception desk, other than that everything is fine.

Horrendous!! Waited 9 hrs in A and E following a doctor's referral due to appendix scare, fiddly moved to a ward at midnight (11 hrs later) pending an urgent scan at 9 am, scan referral went missing and my daughter is nil by month some 24 hrs later with no time frame for a scan.

Polite staff, they do not know the situations yet I was barked etc 'what is your child's name' and explanation for this rudeness 'we are trying to save a life.' Don't put patients where they shouldn't be then chuck them in the corridor.
