The nurses were all very good and took care of me. No problems all very kind.
Excellent care and all staff friendly.
Worked well as a team.
Would highly recommend unit.
There was NOTHING good about it.
I was called on Monday by someone from Queens Romford to say my sons fracture clinic appointment was at 5:10pm on 27/5/16. When we got to the fracture clinic the staff had all left and the 3 receptionists could not find his details because the computer said no. Then they told me his appointment was at 10:05am of that same day and I had been given the wrong information by whoever called me!!! I was furious. My son has fractured his arm and this was the day he needed to be examined. They could only find me another appointment on 3/6/16, a whole week later. We then went to A&E but got no help there at all.
So several clerical staff, nurses and doctors on the day were incapable of reviewing my sons injuries and treating him further. What an atrocious shambles! I now know why Queens is regarded as the worst hospital in England.
Incompetent, uncaring, unprofessional, lazy and evasive staff who are only interested in covering their mistakes and lying to patients.
The NHS needs to be dismantled urgently and tax payers money put to better use.
The way the nurses and doctors took care of my daughter was really amazing.
From what I saw I think everything is OK.
Seen too quickly. Listened to, felt my concerns were taken on board.
Staff showed good care and concern for my child.
Speed. We were dealt with very quickly and also the nurse at front desk was lovely and helpful, put my child at ease.
