All the nurses were lovely. They could see I was upset and worried and ensured that I was Ok.
The doctors were clear about the procedure however I did have to wait all day for the OP which wasn't a problem as I understand it was less of an emergency but it would have been nice to know. Everything about my care was good (except the miserable man on the A and E reception). Thanks.
