Doctors and nurses gave fantastic care. However the wait was far too long.

The staff are lovely - all very friendly. But there are not enough resources, staff are too stretched and there is zero communication. There is no process and no logical system in place. Everything takes far longer than necessary.

Review of Cardiac Rehab written by a patient

After many weeks of inactivity this helped me to get back to a pleasurable level of fitness, and I was advised of other groups/ help that was available. The talks we had at the end of each session were really informative.

Review of Elderly Receiving Unit written by a family member
10th June 2016

Staff were caring and did their best - a number went above and beyond to help us this was in relation to problems with other clinics - a particular, significant and unnecessary problem within eye clinic who seem disorganized problems within ward mainly related to communication and managing our expectation. So we were clear about what happening, when etc. Key problem on ward which beyond control of staff i.e a system issue, was being admitted as 1 basis screens being dragged in, in a limited space for consultation was degrading. Staff very responsive when requests made - they did work with me for which I am very grateful. Absolutely dreadful ward location - older patients are more likely to include those with dementia or delusional - lack of windows is entirely in appropriate for this group.
