The ward was child friendly with play areas and excellent staff who built an excellent rapport with my child. This helped my child feel relaxed and us parents confidence of the service. 5* for the staff at the Tropical bay ward.
-Communication by theatre staff could be improved, as we waited one hour before getting on update following surgery.
-A quicker punctual service would also be good as the appointment was for 12pm and the surgery did not happen until 3pm.
