Service was OK. But difficult to get directions and parking delays in the car park. Time keeping of appointment. I was seen 50 minutes later than appointment time.

Parking is abysmal. I arrived 50 minutes before my appointment for my son and there was no spaces available. I had to drive out of the hospital and park a 25 minute walk away. I have a heart condition and became very stressed and tired at having to rush to arrive at my son's appointment on time. I called the department to advise I'd now be late after earlier getting to the hospital 50 mins early.
