Very pleased with all areas of care, waiting time, staff, kindness, clean, felt well looked after.
I did feel like I needed to lie down a couple of times and there wasn't a bed for a while.

Thoughtful and helpful nursing staff.
Domestic staff are cheerful.
Supply of information on a regular basis (of why pills are being stopped) could be better speaking directly to deaf/hard of hearing could be improved - rather than just talking quietly to family member (patient involvement after all it is their care!)

Very polite staff and clean environment was seen to quite quickly and sent t the right area for treatment waiting time was not as bad as other times we have been here.

Nee more doctors and nurses at night to reduce waiting time, the care was good and showed concern for my mum.

- Polite staff.
- Short waiting times between being triaged etc.
- Ability to be seen quickly after call into 111.
