Every staff member from partners to consultants were professional and friendly.
Improvements.

The only thing that was under was the waiting time and the order in which people were being seen. I know that beside me was getting quite frustrated by the way later am vals were being seen before him. I just assumed they were seeing other people but I know he was getting annoyed.

Longest waste of time, your no help and would rather sit and talk than help people! Worst hospital ever.

Ambulance and paramedics were excellent. Doctor in A and E was brilliant but one of the nurses was extremely rude about keeping out of the A and E bays. I was on my own my mother-in-law is 91 hard of hearing and doesn't understand what is being asked of her. The porter took her to X ray and then went and had to go back to A and E and find out what was happening. Taken to longer tiles and had to explained she could stand to GP to toilet..
