Waiting 30 minutes to book in when you are in pain is not very good.
You need more staff.

Nursing staff were fantastic, very caring. Doctors tended to us quickly, professional, caring manner.

Keeping track of patients when moved to Xray so they aren't sitting there for long.

I understand there is an importance to wait one's turn, but the time to wait is long.
But the treatment and care over looks all of this. Many thanks to the staff and Ben for the stiches.
