My only concern is that the bank nursing staff are not as competent as the NHS nursing staff. They do not inspire confidence in their skill set. They always respond I will return in a minute and don't return. The aux staff were always bright, friendly, supportive - i e cleaners - food staff. I appreciate it's a system but when hers I feel confidence by the bank staff v important. The specialized team of doctors and sup staff were beyond question - brilliant!!.

- Had a problem with nurse but solved it by speaking to ward sister. - Most nurses 'lovely'/agency nurses variable. - Doctors 'fantastic'/attentive. - Was aware of food menu but didn't like hospital food. - Emergency response button times variable.

As a family member (next of kin) I felt I could have been advised more with my mother's treatment, i e everyday asking what was happening with her treatment. It would be nice if some form of activities were possible just to keep patients mind alert.
