Don't inform people they should be discharged within the hour when it in fact ends up being 11 / 12 hours later, that is disgusting. A sign informing people where to refill the water jugs for patients, this way staff don't act aghast at you asking how you get more water, and the tea lady doesn't act annoyed at you asking in spite of the fact it seems wholly within the realms of reason that the tea lady may know where to refill a water jug.

I was seen by Dr Wickramaratne, who I thought was fantastic and she was really understanding to my issues. She in fact noticed other symptoms that showed an underlying issue and my referral was related to another problem. It was very pleasing to see that level of attention and time given from a Consultant. This was by far the best experience I have had with a NHS doctor and may actually help me with the problems I have experienced for a number of years now. Great service and experience, keep it up.
