The staff - nursing team were absolutely fantastic - I have absolutely no problem with them, they do a fantastic job and considering I get stressed in hospitals they were very reassuring. However I have big issues with the letter writen about my hospital stay and the policy maintenance in hospital. If it is a policy that all female patients under 55 must provide a urine sample then it must be on the letter. The letter states no fluids to be taken before arrival (after 7 am) if I had known this I would not have gone to the loo before being for the hospital. No - fluids - no pee ins!! - Yet more stress!

The waiting time since the appointment showed on the later is too long for babies and tootle can be quite upsetting.
Overall the experience was very good, staff and doctors also very professional.

Everybody here was extremely friendly and a request was promptly met, the patient care was exemplary and I felt very reassured in all procedures taken out on my son.
