All nurses were really helpful in particular Alice, she explained everything to us step by step. I would be very happy if all departments had nurses like her. Improvement, we were not offered a female doctor. My wife had a surgery and she had to come at 7.30 am this was very difficult as we have 2 9 month old babies to take care of who is also breastfeeding. Arrangements need to be made to consider mothers who have young babies to take care of. We had to leave our baby with someone from 6 am all the way up to 6 pm. This was very difficult for both mother and baby.

All staff polite, cheerful and very attentive to my mother's medical and personal needs.

Staff with the help of LD nurse - made day care provision run smoothly but if she hadn't have been here, I do wonder if this care would have take place as I had to ask reception if we could go in earlier due to my daughter's sensitiveness and action.
