In the run up to my surgery,every visit was made very pleasant by the great staff at QVH.....friendly,caring and very professional. On the day of surgery,I was apprehensive but the whole feel of the hospital and team is one of calm professionalism which just put me at ease and actually made the whole thing pleasurable....I had a follow up visit 5 days after surgery,and again,couldnt fault the care and attention received....I really can't thank you all enough
