Full instructions and details of exercises given by the lovely OT.
Would have liked to have massage on affected area also.

Great care was taken to pinpoint specific muscles causing my back pain. Very thorough, exercises were taught to me in small amounts so not too overseeing at once. The results of stretches and exercises given are amazing and I am pain free and now know how to protect my back and do my pilates exercises correctly and swim correctly. Thank so much for the friendly approach, advice and treatment.

Lynne is very easy to talk to as my problem is very personal, she has given me advice as well as treatment.
I feel she has been more helpful than the urology consultant.
