Great care was taken to pinpoint specific muscles causing my back pain. Very thorough, exercises were taught to me in small amounts so not too overseeing at once. The results of stretches and exercises given are amazing and I am pain free and now know how to protect my back and do my pilates exercises correctly and swim correctly. Thank so much for the friendly approach, advice and treatment.
