I was looked after very well and nothing was to much trouble the staff were very friendly .the ward was very clean and well run and if I had to go hospital again this would be the one I would like to go to
I found the nurses to be very kind and understanding. They were always quick to respond to my needs both physically and emotionally. The only complaint was it being cold at night.
Excellent team from Consultants, doctors, nurses, HCAs through to tea ladies and cleaners. All very concerned that they should do their best for the patient. Very good experience.
Very helpful an very nice polite nurses
Didn't like the food staff very nice.
Good
Nurses very good just felt I needed more communication as to what was going on
Had same nurse for3 days which was good. Good response to pain relief requests, very good communication from consultant.
Nice idea to offer variety of snacks offered throughout the day, particularly when you don't feel like eating meals.
All the caring staff a re extremely god at what they do, attentive to patients needs, friendly and fun, easy to talk to and make the experience easier to deal with.
Bigger dinners, more variety, better food.
They just cared, it's a magical world, they did a good job. don't know what they all complain about.
