I went to this hospital after being diagnosed with bowel cancer, I was very happy with the care and treatment I received. .
You hear many things from the media about the problems with the NHS, and I have to say that the pressure that the staff are under is noticeable, but it in no way affects the care that they give you. The doctor I saw was wonderful and put me at ease over my forthcoming operation, The nurses are simply the best, you hear our nurses being referred to as angels and I can fully see why.
