My mother was taken to QE following a fall which caused fairly serious injuries to her head and face. I was shocked to see so many staff not wearing masks and little if any regard to social distancing. My other concern was that despite it being very hot patients who were able to have drinks had to request them.
Some staff, nurses and doctors were kind and helpful but sad to say not all.
