I was transferred here by blue lights in the middle of the night and stayed for 2 nights. Could not have asked for better. New bright airy hospital with great staff. Porters chatty and cheery. Had one auxiliary who was a bit off and bossy but I just smiled sweetly and let it go over my head which seemed to defeat her.Each and every one of the other staff were excellent and I was updated and informed at all times.

No proper appointments
Badly treated by all medical staff.
Serious complaints completely ignored.
Repeated denied access to medical records, for no good reason.

Mr lipkin is my consultant who is very efficient and has ensured a high level of care! I am so impressed at how quickly I receive appointments!!!
