Care is normally very good, but as in many hospitals, communication could be improved. This would lead to shorter waiting times in A & E. Failing that, if patients could be told what they are waiting for and approximately how long they need to wait before the next stage in the process, it would make the time more tolerable. This morning spent 3 hrs getting nowhere. Having said that, when I went mid-morning on a Monday 3 wks ago we were in & out in 2 1/2 hrs including x rays, physio, crutches. Well done! And please turn the telly down!
