Whilst at the A&E dept, service was brilliant. Good communication, lovely people and smiling faces. Could do with a bigger children's waiting room, and maybe a sign stating at busy times, only 1 parent to be in children's waiting room at a time. While I was there I witnessed a dad, mum and gran with a poorly little girl, taking up 4 seats, other people had to stand, a member of staff came in to ask others to wait in other waiting room, but I feel the staff are busy enough without having to point out the obvious to some people. Lovely service, well done guys and gals x
