Suggested improvements
When inside the building I was easily disorientated and therefore was unable to navigate a direct path from where I was to where I should be.
In this new environment (it was my first visit) I could not confidently identify i) where I was and ii) waypoints to my intended destination.
There is plenty of signage for the many departments but they can be distracting.
