The care given by frontline nurses and staff was excellent. They were very cheerful and happy in front of patients. The care I personally received was brilliant and I could not be happier.
I do feel though that more attention could be give to elderly patients that have dementia, especially at night when some kept trying to get out of bed at night and disturb the sleep of others.
