Everyone I met was friendly and very professional. Everything was explained and I knew what was going on. I was really impressed by how clean the toilet facilities were - sadly they're not always like that in (other) hospitals. I can't 'recommend' (as per the question above) endoscopy to anyone I know because I hope they never need it!
