Your staff were very good, compassionate and empathetic. I have a small complaint that my appointment was for 8.30.and although I arrived on time but I was not seen until after 11.This delay was standard practice as the appointment time was not linked to the surgery list and I was told when I arrived that I would not be seen until after 11 as I was last on the list. If I had been told this earlier both myself and my wife could have used the morning more effectively as we both had work to do.
