From being assigned my midwife she made me feel at ease, involved and listened to my needs. Lauren was able to act on this or provide reassurance of what we could do next.
The majority of staff on the post natal ward were attentive and helpful, a few would forget what you had asked making you feel awkward to repress a buzzer, this may be down to staff shortage and the workload of the day/evening.
Overall I am happy and content with the care I have received.
