things done not organised with the GP and crisis team. An example medication ran out, which I needed, I was three days out. I came to the hospital and collected the prescription in person. GP could prescribe the medication.

Organisation and the way you communicate with the patient. Unknown numbers, who do you phone back. Emails could be used instead of phoning me.

varied experience, spectrum in terms of experience of the teams qualifications, ability to listen some were kind and some were not

i think continuity of care a particular crisis team worker, someone who devoted their time and kindness to me and compassion. Wish I was granted an individual.
