i found that eventually they gave up.
it was because of the way medication was handled, experienced medication changed or increased, never explained why. suffering from side effects.
they were supportive and understanding and good to me.
things done not organised with the GP and crisis team. An example medication ran out, which I needed, I was three days out. I came to the hospital and collected the prescription in person. GP could prescribe the medication.

varied experience, spectrum in terms of experience of the teams qualifications, ability to listen some were kind and some were not
I felt as if a lack of care in my wellbeing, they didn't deal with my self.
