I am discharged for one month. At the time of admission and throughout the stay at hospital these answers would be different but in retrospect I did receive excellent care.

it was just very good, i can't verbalise it really. i felt comfortable with the people that came, they explained things and were very professional and intelligent

theres been a couple of times ive wanted help and you didnt help, like for instance i needed to get to town for an eye test but it was very difficult for me and someone couldve picked me up and taken me there because of my sight impairment and vulnerability.
its hard for me to call you as i am blind and cant type the numbers - need a way for me to be able to call you
