The kindness and attentiveness of the staff was outstanding. (Students and staff I mean). When I was ever worried about something, they would reassure me straight away. Food is lush (shame I couldn't eat much of it due to glandular fever and tonsillitis). Nothing to improve on, all good here.

The nurse I saw initially was very welcoming and understanding when I said I was nervous about having blood taken.
Questions were answered that I needed answers to feel relaxed about having an operation.

Bed/pillows uncomfortable.
