It was a slow process to get referred and allocated an initial appointment. 3-4 month wait.
However, when attending, the staff were very supportive and sympathetic.
After attending a CT Scan, my mother was not called back for its reading and did now know about it until she attended the Dr consultation many months later, (approx 6!) so it could have been a very worrying time for other people.
At the Dr consultation, it was one of the best visits either of us had ever had at either a Dr, consultant or hospital appointment. He was brilliant.
