My husband has just spent six days in the stroke unit and his words "was Treated like a king) everybody from the domestic staff right through to the Consultant were absolutely wonderful, the care and compassion is awesome. Given what they have to do it's a real vocation because they certainly don't do it for the money, thank you everyone, we are ve ry grateful to you all, thank God for the NHS people don't realise how lucky they are.
