I was really well looked after, nothing was too much trouble, I had everything explained to me, my family was made very welcome even my husband who is in a wheelchair they ensured he understood what was going on. The care I received was excellent and the physio and after care. I would recommend that everyone uses Pinehill.

I have used both private and NHS clinics at Pinehill and would recommend it to anyone. My care as a recent in patient was excellent and I was very pleased with the outcome.

The staff - from the housekeepers, porters to nurses were very friendly and had time to talk with the patients and answer any queries.

The staff were extremely attentive, 24 hours a day. Both the nursing and physiotherapy team were excellent, and couldn't have been more encouraging.

I took my mother here for a cataract examination but. The pinstripe suited doctor found that her eyes were a slightly unusual shape and was therefore beyond the calibration of his antiquated equipment. The hospital then never wrote to her gp to let them know, so she could be provided with an appointment at another hospital. They also took ages to answer phones. In short, this hospital employs smartly dressed doctors but does not invest in new equipment and it is pretty hopeless at its administration.

I am an elderly lady and had a nasty fall at hope. Nothing was broken, thank goodness, but I did feel battered and bruised. I spend 6 days in the Lister but did not feel ready to go home so decided to go to Pinehill for some extra care. I was not disappointed. My mobility was poor and the Physio team were fantastic and came to see me at least once a day. Dr Seevaratnam also came to see me every day to check on me - what a lovely man. The staff were so attentive and friendly and the food was first class. I could not have asked for a better place to recover - I stayed there 6 days and didn't want to leave!. I am now back home living independently and back to doing everything I did before my fall. Thank you to everyone at Pinehill for the fantastic service and for helping me get back on my feet.
