At Home, Patient (& Family) getting very distressed. As Soon as in Hospice re was peaceful & calm (& so were family)

I felt both receptionist & nurse were very friendly and knowledgeable and professional in their work & approach.

Perhaps decaff tea as well as normal tea which was offered and provided.

A huge Thankyou to caitlin for sitting with Robert & talking with him. Her guidance, Kindness & professionalism shines bright. Robert had such a hard time with his anxiety & coming to terms with things and Caitlins resurrance was invaluable to him actually to us both
