Cannot fault the standard of care that my father is receiving.
The hospice is spotlessly clean and the staff are very professional in all aspects, caring and considerate. Thank you for everything.
The patient is very hard of hearing without his hearing aid - please speak up while speaking to him.

This is my first experience of pilgrims and I'm blown away by the care, the warmth and professionalism of the exceptional staff, the commitment of the volunteers, and the calm and friendly atmosphere of Life Hospice. Incredible world and I will always be a big supporter.

Small wants and great needs are treated equally with calmness and kindness.
Never made to feel a nuisance.
Today I had a lovely bath and hair wash and I didn't even ask for that.
They asked me if I would like that done.
Thank you so much for making me feel safe and cared for.

The care I am receiving and have been receiving is the warmest, kindest, most excellent medical care I have ever received.
They seem to 'strip away' your worries and give you a new sense of strength and hope.
The way I feel now, writing this, I well know, it's down to the love and care I've received whilst being at Pilgrimage Hospice.
My heartfelt love and thanks to you all.

You seem to have thought of everything.
Care for mother has been excellent. Staff have been so kind and caring to mum and also to us in this desperately sad time and extremely supportive.
Volunteers are also very understanding and discreet.
Thank you all for the care and dignity in the way you have treated mum and the family. It really is greatly appreciated.
