Amazing care and treatment.
Starting with holistic treatments to food, nursing and clinical care.
Nothing could be improved.

Friendliness from all staff.
Very personalised approach, tailored to individual patients.
Peaceful atmosphere.
Very good facilities e.g the excellent bath - used very effectively by efficient and kind staff.
Feeling of reassurance - feel that my husband is getting the best possible care.

It could be improved if the remote controls were put within reaching distance of the patient.
It would be useful if patients were given a list of what the different categories of carers were responsible for.
In general the care was very good.

I know that it is not possible, but I would like to have the opportunity to think you all individually and personally.
The quality of the care you all afforded to me is unsurpassed on my experience.
