I had an urgent appointment at the Royle Eye Casualty dept; I was looked after by reception, nurse and most importantly by Mr Deepak Kundnani, (Speciality Doctor in Ophtalmology) he had a lovely manner, I felt at ease and confident in his hands, he gave me a very thorough eye examination, and explained everything clearly.
The eye casualty dept is a new wing, so it was very clean.
With the current situation we have with the NHS, I can not fault the Pilgrim, the staff are very nice and helpful.
