First class service.
Nice staff. Treated quickly.
Very good but waiting time was very long with a child, I think children should be seen first! Children and elderly people and disabled people should be seen first.
I attended Peterlee UCC with a back injury and completed the form on arrival to explain my problem this was handed in to the receptionist who said it was an hours wait . I was not seen until 1.5 hours later by triage who said if it was a back injury they were not able to X Ray at Peterlee and I would have to go to A&E . I think that when I handed in my fully completed form that the receptionist could have told me about the fact that they were not able to X Ray the back/Spine and directed me to A&E instead of me sitting in great pain for 90 minutes to then have to go to A&E and sit again . I went to Durham hospital and waited again for 40 minutes to see Triage and then further time to see a Doctor and again for X Ray . The staff at Durham were very helpful and apologetic about what had happened at Peterlee unlike the staff at Peterlee who didn't seem to be bothered
The triage was appalling. He was so rude and ignorant.
On Monday 6/3/16 @ 6 pm.
He treated me disgusting.
I'll be making a formal complaint.
Examined carefully, Second opinion sought and appointment medication advice given to see GP if persists worsens.
Didn't have long to wait.
Arrived at 11.45 am and was not seen until 3.10 pm. The majority of patients arriving after us were seen before us, despite speaking to the receptionist about this twice the issue was not resolved. X-ray shut by the time we saw a practitioner. Very frustrating and unfair system.
Very efficient service and very helpful.
Excellent doctors.
