Highly disappointed in the level of care my partner received today, he was told to go straight to this certain urgent care centre, phoned 111, staff at reception lovely, however the doctor was no help what so ever he could clearly see my partner was in a lot of pain, yet he did nothing about it hardly examined him, we ended up leaving to attend the Sunderland a and e I would not recommend Peterlee urgent care centre felt like a complete waste of time.

Got an appointment through 111 for 7.30 pm. I was seen right on time. Two lovely nurses looked after me and I just couldn't fault a thing. Lovely person kept filling my cup with delicious cold water. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. A great big thank u to u all.
