Very knowledgeable staff fully supportive and friendly.
Temperature too hot and stuffy on ward.
Accountability of partners and visitors needs addressing, perhaps introduce a tagging in/out system?
All wards could/should have space for partners to stay.

It can be very frightening to come into hospital but I want to tell all P'Boro how very lucky we are to have these amazing people to look after you. Took the people who empty the bins to the most senior person.
I have received the best care possible - and I am so grateful.
Ps food is good too!
