The (A10) nursing staff were very attentive and professional and extremely caring also in A and E, AEU and A3, and also found other ward staff very helpful.
The only thing I did find sometimes patients were waiting a long time when calling for attention or to go to toilet, but this is probably because of being short staffed.
My main concern was communication between doctors and patients and the feeling of being pushed out to quickly as the day I was being discarded they told me 20 mins before I had had packed or washed or had any breakfast as I hadn't eaten the day before.
Everyone on the ward have been fantastic, all staff very caring and attentive. Thank you all.
care as usual excellent.
Excellent care given. Could not have wished for better. Found the nurses to be very kind at a time one most needed it.
All the staff were most helpful. The young nurse Charlotte on A4 was brilliant for one so young.
If I had to find a complaint it would be the time I waited in A and E before getting a bed on the ward (19 hrs) and the noise at night.
But other than that I have no complaints at all. Big thanks to NHS.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
