All of the nurses and doctors have been very kind. They have given me detailed answers with any questions I had and were very reassuring.
To be improved.
Visiting times- I am aware that sometimes in some cases patients visitors might come out of hours, However I don't think having visitors until 10.45 pm should be allowed as this stops others from sleeping. This happened on two nights in a row.
I was happy that the Dr and nurses were taken my news into consideration.
However when I first got admitted to the ward I felt I had to justify my reasoning to being admitted to one of the drs (as I have an autoimmune illness so the viral infection did really affect me). So after asking to see my rheumatology team they liaise with the Dr and decided to keep me in until my symptoms cleared. After this situation I was very happy with my care and the compassionate nature of the staff who worked with the especially nurse Wojciech he was very good :-).
The staff on the ward were fantastic, I was well looked after and card for all so Mini T was really good at her job. I would like to put a good response for her hard work as well as all the other staff. Thank you for all your help.
